Was in my 30s before I learned about Byron Katie and the power of our thoughts. One of my favorite BK quotes: “It's not your job to like me - it's mine”. Also, that NO is a complete sentence!! Anyone who doesn't respect a No doesn't have your best interest.
Yes! I wish that Byron Katie had come to my life earlier, too. Wow, such a calming presence she has been in my life since my BFF introduced me to her stuff. Totally agree. Also, #putupyourshoppingcarts!
